Last Updated: 15 May 2025
1. About These Terms
These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in workshops, sessions, and membership programmes offered by Cendric, located at 73 Chang Klan Road, Chang Khlan, Chiang Mai 50100, Thailand ("Cendric", "we", "us").
By registering for or attending any Cendric programme, or by using our website at cendriced.world, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not register or proceed with enrolment.
2. Nature of Our Services
Cendric provides general education workshops and document-organisation sessions only. All programmes — the Foundations Workshop, Family Dialogue Session, and Cornerstone Membership — are educational and conversational in nature. They are designed to help families build shared understanding and organise their own records.
Cendric does not provide:
- Legal advice, legal document preparation, or regulated legal services of any kind.
- Financial advice, investment recommendations, or regulated financial planning.
- Accounting, taxation, or estate-administration services.
- Medical, psychological, or therapeutic services.
Nothing shared or discussed during any Cendric programme constitutes professional advice. Participants are encouraged to consult qualified and licensed professionals for their individual circumstances.
3. Eligibility
Our programmes are intended for adults aged 18 and over. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement. Where a Family Dialogue Session is arranged on behalf of a family group, the registering individual confirms they have the consent of all expected participants.
4. Bookings and Registration
Registrations are accepted via our contact form, by phone, or by email. A booking is confirmed once Cendric provides written confirmation and, where applicable, payment has been received.
- Foundations Workshop (฿3,500 per person): Group sessions; minimum participant numbers may apply. Confirmed places are subject to availability.
- Family Dialogue Session (฿11,000 per session): Private facilitated sessions for family groups. Scheduling is arranged directly with our team.
- Cornerstone Membership (฿26,000 per year): Annual access to community sessions, resources, recordings, and downloadable materials. Membership runs for 12 months from the activation date.
5. Fees and Payment
All prices are stated in Thai Baht (฿) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise noted. Payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking. Cendric reserves the right to adjust programme fees with reasonable notice; changes will not affect confirmed bookings already paid.
6. Cancellations and Rescheduling
We understand that plans change. Our cancellation terms are as follows:
- Cancellation 14 or more days before a session: Full refund or transfer to another date.
- Cancellation 7–13 days before a session: 50% refund or full transfer to another date.
- Cancellation fewer than 7 days before a session: No refund, but a one-time transfer to a future date may be arranged at Cendric's discretion.
- Cornerstone Membership: Cancellations within 14 days of activation will receive a full refund if no materials have been downloaded and no sessions attended. After this period, memberships are non-refundable but can be paused for up to 60 days during the year.
Cendric reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a session due to insufficient enrolment, facilitator unavailability, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In such cases, a full refund or transfer will be offered.
7. Participant Responsibilities
To help our sessions remain a constructive space for everyone, participants agree to:
- Engage respectfully with facilitators and other participants at all times.
- Not record, photograph, or otherwise capture session content without the prior written consent of Cendric and, where applicable, other participants.
- Not redistribute, resell, or share session materials (handouts, templates, recordings) with third parties.
- Acknowledge that materials are provided as general educational aids only and are not a substitute for professional advice.
8. Intellectual Property
All workshop materials, templates, conversation guides, recordings, and website content are the intellectual property of Cendric. Participants are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use materials for their own family-organisation purposes only. No commercial use is permitted without our prior written agreement.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Thai law:
- Cendric is not liable for any decisions made by participants as a result of attending a workshop or session. All decisions about family records, estate matters, or financial and legal affairs are the participant's own responsibility.
- Cendric's total liability to any participant for any claim arising from a specific programme shall not exceed the fee paid for that programme.
- Cendric is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses of any kind.
10. Confidentiality
Cendric facilitators will not disclose personal information shared during sessions to third parties, except where required by law. Participants in group sessions are asked to respect the confidentiality of what others share, though Cendric cannot enforce this obligation on third-party participants.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Chiang Mai Province.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our programmes or applicable law. The current version will always be available on our website. Continued participation in Cendric programmes after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
